Millions of ions are released into the airstream and dispersed via the existing HVAC system
Positive and negative ions seek out particles and bond with them to form clusters
The increased mass of these clusters allows them to be easily captured by the filtration system
Pathogens are deactivated when the ions disrupt surface proteins
